Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the maintenance of various outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of presentation and environmental care. You will lead a team of operatives, ensuring efficient task delegation and quality control while contributing to diverse projects, including high-profile client properties across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of landscaping operatives, providing guidance and support.
Plan, delegate, and oversee routine gardening tasks such as:
- Lawn care: mowing, strimming, and edging.
- Hedge cutting and shrub management.
- Hard surface care: sweeping, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Weed control and border maintenance.
- Planting and remedial work to enhance landscapes.
Operate and train team members in the use of machinery and powered tools (training provided).
Maintain communication with management and ensure all projects meet client expectations.
Uphold the highest level of professionalism, particularly when working at client headquarters or high-visibility sites.
