Role Overview:
As a Landscaping Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining various outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of presentation and environmental care. Working under supervision or independently, you will contribute to diverse projects, including high-profile client properties across the Midlands

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine gardening tasks such as:

  • Lawn care: mowing, strimming, and edging

  • Hedge cutting 

  • Hard surface care: sweeping, cleaning, and debris removal

  • Weed control and border maintenance

  • Planting and remedial work to enhance landscapes

• Operating machinery and powered tools (training provided).

• Uphold the highest level of skill and professionalism, particularly when working at client headquarters or high-visibility sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.

• A passion for the environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently on assigned projects.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results.
