Full job description

Requiring Landscaping Operatives to conduct grounds maintenance within the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

We are a fast-moving company and need members of staff that have experience in grounds maintenance and a passion for the environment.

You will be required to work both supervised (as part of a team and working closely with team leaders and management) and unsupervised on specific projects and/or properties providing gardening services such as:

Lawn mowing, strimming operations, defining lawn edges, hedge cutting, hard surface operations, weed control & border maintenance, other general gardening operations. Working with ride-on machinery and powered tools (training will be given) planting and remedial works.

The Landscape Operative will be required to work at clients head offices or buildings of significance, thus all operatives are required to ensure that the level of skill shown on the job is of the highest quality.

PA1-PA6 not required however this would be beneficial.

Driving license not required however this would be beneficial.

28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

40 Hours Per week

Staff incentive scheme

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Depot & Mobile
